Board of Directors

BRADLY A. BROWN

Brad Brown's background is in real estate and the construction of luxury homes. In 1991 Brown founded Archistructure, Inc., a privately held company based in Omaha, Nebraska. Archistructure specializes in the designing and building of luxury homes in three states. Brown is currently the chief executive officer of Archistructure. Since its inception, Archistructure has built over 100 custom, luxury homes. Nationally recognized for its innovative designs, Archistructure has secured top quality status in the Omaha Metropolitan area and has received numerous awards. Brown has been selected to judge other builder/developer projects around the country. In 2004 he was nominated as president of the National Home Builder "Pacesetter" 20 Club.

This international club has allowed Brown to build relationships with other top luxury home builders in Mexico and the United States. Brown served on the board of directors for the Metro Omaha Builders Association from 1997 to 2001.

Prior to founding Archistructure, Brown co-founded a real estate company in 1983. It quickly grew to become the area's leading sales company of new construction. In 1991, the real estate company was sold and Archistructure was formed. Brown graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1983 with a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing


GREGORY J. DUMAN

Gregory J. Duman is president of Prism Technologies LLC, a patent licensing company he founded in 2003. Duman earned a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and worked in public accounting for four years until 1983 when he joined Applied Communications/Transaction Systems Architects Inc., a publicly traded software company. He spent 17 years with TSA, serving in a variety of capacities, including controller, chief financial officer and executive vice president. In 2000 he became chief financial officer and executive vice president of Artios, Inc., a privately held provider of electronic transaction exchange services. Duman was also a member of TSA's board of directors and served as chairman of the board in 2001.

He left Artios in 2001 to serve as chief financial officer and executive vice president of Transgenomic, Inc., a publicly traded company in the bio-tech industry. He continues to serve on the board of directors of Transgenomic.


RAY JACOBI

Ray Jacobi is Vice President for Irvine Company Resort Properties. Ray is a resident of Newport Beach, Calif. and has served for more than two years as the company's Island Hotel Newport Beach, Managing Director. He played an integral role in their successful transition from the Four Seasons. Ray is responsible for creating brand awareness for The Resort at Pelican Hill locally, regionally and in other key markets, while assisting with the opening of The Resort. He has an extensive background in guest relations and resort management.


Advisory Board

LISA M. SCHRAGER

Lisa M. Schrager has more than 20 years of experience in interior design architecture. She has worked on high-profile projects in various cities including New York, Los Angeles, Tucson, Phoenix and London. Schrager's design experience includes residential, hotel, retail and other commercial property.

She earned her bachelor of science degree in Interior Architecture from the University of Arizona in 1985. That same year she joined Curtis, Cox, Kennerly, an architecture firm in Philadelphia, as a project designer. From 1987 to 1992, she worked for Gensler and Associates, an architecture firm in New York.

During her time with Gensler and Associates, she worked on projects for the Beverly Hills Hotel, the Rockwell International corporate offices and the Warner Brothers 400,000 square-foot studio in Burbank, California. In 1992, Schrager joined LMK Concepts as an interior design architect. She is currently employed by LMK Concepts.
